Paula Flower (Head of Fundraising)

Paula joined the charity in September 2015. With over ten years' experience in the charity sector, her role will involve management of our Fundraising Team and Charity Shop.

Sue Turnbull, MInstF (Cert) (Trust Fundraiser)

Sue joined the charity in 2006. She is responsible for Trust and Foundation Fundraising.


Abi Blake (Events Fundraiser)

Abi Blake joined the charity in 2016 coming from a background in events organisation and volunteer management. She has particular responsibility for the Salisbury Bubble Rush which attracted over 1100 participants in its first year.


Tamsin Murley (Community Fundraiser)

Tamsin joined the charity in July 2017, after careers in banking and education. She supports individuals and groups who raise funds for the Hospice.


Sarah Knight (Fundraising Co-ordinator)

Sarah joined the charity in 2017. She looks after the fundraising team, providing admin support.


Monique Akal(Database Coordinator)

Monique looks after all of the database and contact information for the charity.


David Woollatt (Marketing and Communication Officer)

David joined the charity in June 2018 after working in the radio industry for 20 years. He looks after all the charity's marketing and promotional activity.


Louise Compton (Corporate Fundraiser)

Louise has nearly 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector with a particular interest in the commercial sector. Through this work, she has developed a keen understanding of business requirements. She has a strong empathy to the Salisbury Hospice especially after her father and close friend passed away a few years ago. She really wants to get the Hospice work known locally and in the surrounding area and through this develop strong bonds with all local firms.
