What is the Celebration Tree? 

A unique, beautiful piece of art made of a hand-carved oak trunk and branches with bronze, silver and gold coloured leaves situated in the hospice reception area. Each engraved leaf on our Celebration Tree symbolises the lives of loved ones touched by the care of Salisbury Hospice. You can have a leaf engraved with the name of someone special or a message of your choice, creating an everlasting way to remember, express thanks or show support. Sponsoring a leaf on the tree is a meaningful way to show your support for Salisbury Hospice. The hospice provides comprehensive care through a range of specialised services. We are dedicated to ensuring patients and their families receive the highest level of comfort, dignity and compassion throughout their palliative journey, whether at home, in the hospice, or in additional care facilities.

Sponsorship Options 

To sponsor a leaf on our Celebration Tree, simply choose your preferred leaf from the options below and complete the donation form on this page. Your leaf will remain on the tree for a full year. At the end of this period you will be given the option to renew your sponsorship or receive the leaf as a keepsake. We will notify you once your leaf has been added to the Celebration Tree. If you’d like to see your leaf, we would be delighted to arrange a visit for you.
