Paula manages the fundraising team. She has more than 20 years experience of working in the charity sector Paula joined Salisbury Hospice charity in 2015.

Tamsin Murley

Community Fundraiser

Tamsin joined Salisbury Hospice Charity in 2017 as our Community Fundraiser and has helped hundreds of people in the community in their fundraising journey. Tamsin loves to help supporters grow their events year on year and now works part time supporting several committees to grow their more established events, such as the Fabulous Family Fun Day, Hatch House Open Garden and the Sale of Sales. She is always keen to promote the work of the Hospice locally and is passionate about Hospice care.

Louise Compton

Corporate Fundraiser

Louise has nearly 30 years experience in the financial services sector. She has a strong empathy with Salisbury hospice, especially after her Father and a close friend passed away. She is keen to promote the work of the hospice locally and to develop strong connections with local businesses.

Katie Hughes

Marketing Manager

Katie originally joined the charity in 2015, where she began her career in fundraising as an Intern. Since then she has worked for Salisbury Hospice Charity as a Community Fundraiser and an Event Fundraiser. She left the charity briefly and was employed as a Foundation Manager. She returned to the charity in 2021, in her new role as Marketing Manager. Over the years Katie has developed her marketing skills and has gained a qualification in Events Marketing and Communications.

Alex Brown

Trust Fundraiser

Alex started working for the Hospice as a Community Fundraiser in 2022 and has spent time supporting fundraisers and developing relationships with a variety of individuals and community groups. Alex has given many presentations and talks about the Hospice, and is passionate about the care and support that is offered by the Hospice clinical team and volunteers. In 2024 Alex has moved into Trust Fundraising and is developing and expanding our donor portfolio and relationships. Outside of work, Alex enjoys interior design, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

Natalie Pester

Marketing & Communications Officer

Natalie joined our team in early 2023, after gaining experience in the world of Estate Agency. With her passion for design and creativity, Natalie brings a wealth of marketing knowledge to our charity. She enjoys collaborating with the fundraising team to bring their visions to life through media campaigns. Additionally, Natalie is dedicated to spreading awareness about the Salisbury Hospice and the importance of palliative care. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her husband, family and friends, including their adorable King Charles Spaniel, Eddie.

Ian Kemp

Finance Officer

Our Finance Officer Ian joined the charity in 2022, and heads up our Finance Team. Ian has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, and has really enjoyed moving into the charity sector. He loves the occasional round of golf, and watching other sports he once played when in his younger years.

Lynn Lewis

Supporter Services Assistant

Lynn joined the charity in 2023 after over 20 years in the legal industry. She is our Supporter Services – Senior Database Assistant maintaining accurate records and ensuring all data is up to date. Lynn also enjoys assisting the fundraising team in the lead up to events. Out of the office Lynn enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.

Carol Ingram

Supporter Services Assistant

After 18 years in the education sector, and latterly Exams and Admissions at the local grammar school, Carol joined Salisbury Hospice Charity at the end of 2023 as she feels passionate about helping others. Carol assists the fundraising team in the lead up to events and processing donations.
Carol enjoys hiking and is proud to have scaled Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike. Carol also enjoys spending time with her family and walking her Jack Russell.

Greig Futcher

Events Fundraiser

Greig joined the team in the end of 2023 and is passionate fundraiser for Salisbury Hospice Charity. Greig is a long-time resident of Salisbury, and happily married to Louise with three kids named Thomas, Henry, and Freddie. Greig is tasked with running the charity's current events and seeking out new opportunities to raise funds.
Despite having no prior experience in the charity sector, Greig is the creator of the highly successful Fabulous Family Fun Day, which has collected over £100,000 to support the Hospice. Greig's late wife passed away in the Hospice 12 years ago, and his role in fundraising now completes a circle that is close to his heart.
When he's not working, Greig enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports on TV, and being an avid Everton supporter.

Neve Crawford

Community Fundraiser

Neve is a recent International Relations graduate with a passion for making a positive impact. Joining Salisbury Hospice Charity as a Community Fundraiser, Neve brings with her experience from volunteering, and is dedicated to supporting and making a difference in the community. Outside of work, Neve enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

Relationship Fundraiser

Katie, our Relationship Fundraiser, helps build lasting long-term relationships with our supporters. Outside of working hours Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jess Astley

Finance Assistant

Jess is an integral member our the finance team working alongside Ian. Jess has a passion for all things numbers. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending lots of time with her family and holidays abroad.
