Jo Safe Runs 100 Miles in March for Salisbury Hospice!

Recently on our podcast, we chatted to one of our incredible supporters Jo Safe about her amazing challenge to run 100KM in March!

We chatted to her about her experience with our hospice teams after her Mum was supported here and how things were going with her challenge.

You can listen here:

Jo with her Mum.

Jo picks up the story:

In the end, I reached 100km within 22 days so decided to turn the kms into miles, so set myself a new challenge of reaching 100 miles by the end of March! I finished with a 10km run on 31/3 which took me to 161km which worked out to be 100miles!!! I have done a couple of runs since but mainly letting my legs recover especially after I did a Hospice run and running back up Odstock hill was interesting!

I have raised just over £1,700 to date and will leave my page open for another week so I then assume the funds go to your charity page.

Jo, you are an absolute inspiration, thank you so much!
