Hatch House Open Garden is a firm favourite for garden lovers and treasure seekers alike. Set in the stunning 17th-century walled Dutch garden, with breath-taking views over the Vale of Wardour, this much-loved event has raised thousands of pounds over the years to support the vital work of Salisbury Hospice Charity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Set-Up Crew – Friday, 5th September (9am – 2pm)
Help us prepare the site by:
- Erecting tents and gazebos
- Setting up stalls and displays
- Arranging event signage and branding materials
Event Day Volunteers – Saturday, 6th September (9am – 6pm)
Be part of the action and assist with:
- Car parking and traffic management
- Supporting stallholders
- Helping in the clothes marquee
- Hospitality (serving teas and/or washing up)
- Event pack down in the evening
Event Pack Down – Sunday, 7th September (10am – 1pm)
Wrap up the weekend by:
- Sorting leftover items
- Packing down tents
- General site clearance
